How long is my Registry Completion Discount Certficate valid?
The expiration date is printed on your certificate above your name. Offer valid only for merchandise added to your registry prior to your registry event date. The discount is valid for one calendar day only from the date of receipt until expiration date.

Can I redeem my Registry Completion Discount Certificate online?
Yes. You can use this certificate online by entering the 14-digit code located in the yellow box labeled "Online Code." This box appears just below your name and address and appears next to the actual coupon. Enter that code during checkout in the Promotional Code section. You may also use this certificate in-store at any Babies"R"Us or Toys"R"Us location on items remaining your registry.

Is the discount only valid if I buy all remaining items on my registry?
The discount is valid on most of the remaining items on your registry. You can use it for 1 item, 2 items, 10 items, etc. Please note that certain items, such as, special orders, buyer protection plans, and gift cards are excluded. Please see the certificate for more details.

What if I want to buy additional items that are not on my registry?
The discount is only applicable to items remaining on your registry and the store registry will only discount those items. Online works similar in that if you want to purchase items that are not eligible for the program you can but the discount will not be applied to those items.

Can I use other coupons in conjunction with the Registry Completion Discount Certificate?
No, as stated on your postcard, this discount is not valid for any "R"Us offer for the same item. If you present both a coupon and a certificate at the register, only the first coupon presented will be applied. (Note: While item or category coupons will not combine with completion certificate, the completion certificate can be combined with other generic, basket-level or generic offers such as $5 off a $25 purchase. It is also combinable with the instant credit and Toys"R"Us employee discount since these are also generic offers.)

Can I use the Registry Completion Discount Certificate on an "R"Us Gift Card?
No, as stated on your completion postcard, the discount is not applicable to Gift Cards.

Can I give my Registry Completion Discount Certificate to a friend so that they may use it to purchase an item for me from my registry?
If you present the certificate to her and she uses it to buy an item still remaining on your registry, the certificate will work. If you give her your online one-time use certificate code she can use it online.

Making a Return from your Registry
When returning an item off of your registry, we will gladly accept returns up to 12 months from your event due date under the following conditions:
- If you present an item for a return without a receipt and the item was part of your baby registry, it is returnable as long as both of the following conditions apply:
- The baby registry is 1 year old or less from the event date.
- The baby registry from which the item was purchased can be retrieved using the "Registry Number' or "Registrant Name" through our store's register.
- Once your registry is confirmed as active, you will be asked to validate that you are the registered Guest. A driver's license or other valid form of ID is required. See acceptable forms of ID below:
- Valid state ID.
- Valid military ID.
- Valid passport.
- Valid resident alien ID.
- The return will be given in merchandise credit.
- The return will be given for the lowest promotional price within the last 30 days.
Returns to stores with an online packing slip or gift receipt:
- If you are returning an item using a gift receipt or an online order packing slip, your refund will be in the form of a merchandise credit

Your Baby Registry will remain active for 12 months from the expected arrival date you provide on your registration form. If you are interested in creating a toy Wish List for your child, family or friends, for events like their first holiday or birthdays, we encourage you to explore our Wish List feature.

Expected Arrival Date is the date you expect the baby to join your family. For moms that are giving birth, this date is the same as your due date. For families that are adopting, the expected arrival date is the date you expect to bring the baby home. You can modify this date at any time during the registry process if needed.

An alternate name can be a nickname, e.g. Liz if the registrant's name is Elizabeth. In some instances a registrant may choose to use her maiden name as her primary "Registrant Name" and her alternate name may be her married name. This field is optional. You can use it if you think the additional information will make your registry easier to locate for gift givers.

At this time, we are able to offer the Registry to U.S. customers only. This includes PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico). It's also important to note that items that can be shipped to these addresses may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited.

No worries! Registries created at Toys"R"Us locations can be viewed online if you selected this option when you registered. All Babies"R"Us and Toys"R"Us Baby Registries are located on the Babies"R"Us and Toys"R"Us website.
There is a "Baby Registry" link from both the Babies"R"Us and Toys"R"Us homepages that links to the Baby Registry homepage.
Some baby products sold at Toys"R"Us stores are exclusive to Toys"R"Us and are not carried in Babies"R"Us retail locations. Online, however, we stock baby products from both the Babies"R"Us and Toys"R"Us assortments to serve your needs.
